do I insert an earplug?
1. Grab the tongue of the ear plug between the thumb
and forefinger 2. Pull up and away on the top of your ear with the opposite hand to open the ear 3. Gently push and twist the ear plug into the ear until it sits comfortably in the ear while forming seal with the ear canal. 4. See instructions "How to insert the earplugs" |
